Through this program, we will learn how to produce the relaxation response – deep rest, which helps to stop stress and brings our body and mind back to equanimity.

THE MINDSET OF HEALING

• Activating the parasympathetic system and immune system by having the right mindset.

• This program will be guided by the head of the company, Maria Wegener, who is a psychologist. She will train the Thai wellness staff so in time they can guide the program as well.

• The program is aimed to awaken a state of relaxation => awakening of the parasympathetic system=> increased activity of the immune system => better health.

THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM

• In a state of relaxation the parasympathetic system is activated and with it, the immune system becomes stronger and the body has more resources to heal.

• True healing can only take place in a state of relaxation. Learning to relax intentionally and thus supporting the healing process is the goal of this program.

• The aim is that the clients learn to relax at home as well.

THE PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE:

A. Information on the importance of the state of stress-free relaxation in activating the parasympathetic system, and through it the immune system and the body repair mechanism.

B. Private one-on-one sessions in which the health coach can help the client to detect the source of stress and find creative and efficient ways to reduce it.

C. A specially adjusted program is created for the client involving yoga and meditation.

D. Yoga classes that are based on creating a state of mindful relaxation.

E. Meditation classes based on creating a state of mindful relaxation

EFFECTS OF THE RELAXATION RESPONSE

- Our heart rate slows down.

- Breathing becomes slower and deeper.

- Blood pressure reduces or stabilizes.

- Our muscles relax.

- Blood flow to our brain increases.

- Empowering the immune system, fighting illness.

9:00 Hatha Yoga practice. Adjusted specially for each client according to their needs.

10:00 Meditation based on reducing stress levels.

10:30 Breakfast.

11:30 Lecture, “The mechanism of stress and the way to true relaxation”

12:30 Lunch.

15:30 Personal treatment in one of the devices, the P3Pro V3 plasma system and the Teeter EP-970 Inversion Table/ Or a private counseling session.

16:30 Break.

17:00 Medical Thai massage.

18:30 Break.

19:00 Dinner.
